If you are not familiar with WebVTT files, check out this page from the W3C to read more. If you'd like to create a WebVTT from plain text, a very basic test tool can be found here.
You can use this dialogue to upload a bookmarks file.
If unchecked, bookmarks from the file are applied and existing comments on other cues are kept. If checked, all existing comments are cleared first, then only comments from the file are applied.
Remember to set the server IP address or hostname correctly for remote viewers and users
